Dr. Peter Graham will be providing an update on the Population Health Services Organization (PHSO), along with an overview of the 2017 project plan. As a support organization, the PHSO will be aligning with the larger Sparrow Health System goals to assist in creating an organization-wide approach to optimizing the performance of healthcare delivery. This discussion will provide participants with key insights into expected outcomes and opportunities to get involved in leading efforts.
